About The Position

We are looking for a ROCKSTAR content manager to join our marketing team to build and lead Windward’s content strategy and brand presence on all channels. 

You will be responsible for writing, editing and producing creative content, partnering with key stakeholders. 

You will be responsible for developing and implementing our online presence and engage our community with highly relevant and engaging content.

What will you do?

  • Responsible for all content creation, including social media, blogs, website, success stories, scripts for videos, and other marketing materials
  • Full ownership of our social media – Own every stage of the social media content and accounts
  • maintain the various channels, grow our followers and audience engagement by delivering innovative and creative content.
  • Oversee social media analysis and metrics of our channels
  • Responsible for the communications strategy and execution – working with our PR agencies on all press releases and analysts briefings
  • Research and contribute creative ideas to support key content goals
  • execute a full and ongoing content plan 
  • Own the company’s tone of voice and create a consistent content plan that compliments the brand identity, and aligns all content and messaging to company core messaging.
  • Maintain the company website content, ensuring pages are in sync with the current company focus and goals
  • Maintain company profiles on affiliate websites, conferences etc.
  • Convert messaging guidelines into simple, accessible instructions for others in the company


Who are you?

  • Experience in managing a small team of content and brand marketers
  • 3-5 years of hands on experience in social media and content creation, producing creative content in a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven experience as a strong storyteller (be prepared to share specific examples)
  • Excellent English written and communications skills – Native English – A MUST
  • Great interpersonal skills, a true team player.
  • Excellent ability to write and edit content to produce compelling stories that will attract and engage our readers.
  • Self sufficient, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker with the ability to deliver brilliant ideas.
  • Excellent knowledge of and passion for established and emerging social platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Understanding of Analytics, SEO, and web traffic metrics
