About The Position

Windward, the leading Maritime AI™company, is seeking an enthusiastic, tech savvy Growth & Automation Specialist to join our Growth and Digital team.

In this role, you’ll spearhead the adoption of cutting-edge generative AI tools and innovative automation strategies to transform our outbound processes. Collaborating closely with our sales team, you’ll ensure these initiatives are seamlessly integrated, driving measurable impact and accelerating our business growth.

Your role:

  • Design, implement, and optimize automated multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) while building scalable workflows for various segments and industries.
  • Leverage automation, buyer signals, and data tools to enhance efficiency and personalize outreach using intent data, firmographics, and behavioral insights.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between platforms and establish best practices for outbound list building, enrichment, and lead qualification.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and Sales teams to ensure leads are effectively segmented, prioritized, and handed off with clear tracking, while continuously defining and optimizing key outbound KPIs.
  • Lead new growth initiatives end-to-end, from ideation through execution, driving innovative strategies that generate measurable business impact.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to monitor ongoing automations, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, growth marketing, or outbound marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience with outreach automation tools (e.g., Outreach, Amplemarket, Salesloft). – A Must
  • Strong technical skills in workflow automation, segmentation, and data syncs across multiple systems.
  • Experience in outbound lead generation, demand generation, or ABM strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize outbound performance.
  • Solid understanding of B2B SaaS or enterprise sales cycles.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for growth and automation.
