About the Role

Windward is seeking a creative content marketer that demonstrates a clear understanding of content distribution to help grow brand awareness and drive more value through online content. 

In this role, you will be instrumental in engaging with prospects at the top, middle, and bottom of the marketing funnel. You will be responsible for supporting content efforts that help generate B2B and B2G inbound leads, build brand trust, support the sales process, and engage with relevant prospects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage, monitor, and publish content on our social channels, interact with users, and reach out to community influencers
  • Develop and execute strategy for Windward’s social media platforms to engage with our audience, grow our distribution channels, and boost brand awareness
  • Use tracking tools to analyze and optimize campaign performance
  • Translate technical concepts into simply digestible content that connects with our target audience
  • Research and contribute creative ideas to support key content goals, such as increasing conversion rates in the sales funnel, growing blog subscribers and LinkedIn followers, growing inbound organic traffic, and more
  • Lead creative initiatives like producing video scripts, podcasts, and other marketing collateral
  • Work with key stakeholders to produce content for various teams in the company


  • Native English speaker and writer
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in content marketing
  • Excellent short-form writing and editorial skills, with strong communication and collaboration capabilities
  • Highly proficient in explaining complex issues and technical processes in a fun, simple, and creative way
  • Demonstrable ability to understand the measurable impact of strategy and content decisions
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated team player
  • Preference will be given to those with a strong writing portfolio and relevant work experience
