Field Marketing & Event Operations Specialist

About The Position

Windward is looking for a Field Marketing & Event Operations Specialist (London) to manage and execute field marketing initiatives and events that drive business impact. This role focuses on orchestrating all aspects of event and filed activities execution, coordinating teams, and ensuring every activity supports our marketing and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities


Event & Field Operations

  • End-to-end management of field marketing initiatives, including conferences, webinars, round tables, and customer events.
  • Coordinate all internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Design) to deliver event objectives.
  • Manage projects and operational tasks: project plans in Asana, production, contracts, printing, editing, and logistics.
  • Ensure all events are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Drive customers advocacy- user groups, testimonials, case studies
  • Budget management 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Task Management

  • Act as the central point for all event-related and field marketing activities tasks across teams.
  • Track progress, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth handoffs between teams.
  • Ensure all field activities translate into measurable business outcomes.

Market & Audience Awareness

  • Support the team by providing insights from past events and market signals.


Help identify opportunities for engagement and maximize the impact of field initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong project and task management skills, experience managing complex events or campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and event production processes.
  • Ability to work fast-paced, with occasional travel.
