Following completion of the acquisition of Windward Ltd by Octopus UK Bidco Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of FTV VIII, L.P. and its affiliates on 18 March 2025, the Company’s shares ceased trading on the London Stock Exchange on 19 March 2025.

The Company has engaged Computershare to establish a Tax Portal for Qualified Windward Shareholders and Brokers to complete the Declaration Form and submit supporting documentation on-line. The Tax Portal can be accessed at https://windward.taxcertificationportal.com/ and will go live at 9.00 a.m. (London time) on 19 March 2025.
