Product Manager – WW AGENTIC

About the Role

We are looking for our WW AGENTIC product manager, to build the world’s first mission-grade Maritime Intelligence Operating System. This is the role every product manager has been dreaming of since the Generative AI revolution began! We are moving beyond “SaaS as a Tool” to “AI as a Teammate.”.

Your Mission:

You will take us from Chat (Basics) to Reasoning (Research) to Action (Autonomous Monitors). You will own the architecture, turning elite intelligence expertise into digital workflows that scale. Your success won’t be measured by Jira tickets, but by the Speed of Learning and the Accuracy of Reasoning of the agents you bring to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect the Agentic OS: Define how agents reason, use tools, and collaborate to solve maritime puzzles.
  • Codify Elite Expertise into Playbooks: Collaborate with analysts to translate “gut instinct” and tradecraft into digital playbooks.
  • Define the UX of the Future: Shift the paradigm from “clicking buttons” to an interactive “AI Teammate.”
  • Own the Accuracy Flywheel: Establish Eval frameworks to obsessively measure and improve “Reasoning Accuracy.”
  • Lead a “Startup within a Scale-up”: Lead the Internal Startup – Operate with 0-to-1 autonomy, leveraging our data moat to deliver “Decision Superiority.”
  • Build the “Autonomous Monitor” Era: Build the “Autonomous Monitor”- Evolve the product from reactive answers to proactive, 24/7 global monitoring.


Requirements

  • 4+ years in Product Management, specifically with AI, data, or platform products.
  • Deep understanding of LLM orchestration (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI) and RAG pipelines. You understand that the future is agents that do, not just bots that talk.
  • Experience translating ambiguous scenarios into executable engineering specifications and deterministic algorithmic logic.
  • Eager to work in a fast-paced, “startup” environment where the primary metric is Speed of Learning
  • You are meticulous, organized, and take pride in producing error-free work.
  • Excellent English skills; able to explain complex “multi-step reasoning” to both technical engineers and high-level government stakeholders.
  • Background or strong interest in maritime intelligence, trading, or logistics is a major advantage.
