We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic & driven SDR Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about sales and have a strong industry background in SaaS; A blend of business, technical, and people skills necessary to help customers and prospects understand Windward’s value proposition. In this position you will be leading a team of 2 SDR’s with a potential to grow. This team will cover the European, North America and APAC regions.
- Build the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities
- Handle incoming queries and build good client relationships
- Ensure all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Manage and enhance the SDR process and align them to the sales cycle and regional/verticals needs
- Lead the team on the day to day business: task allocation, process and measurements, provide feedback and training as needed.
- Work with Sales and company management to align on objectives and targets.
- Weekly performance analysis
- Analyze the success cases as well as the failure ones while embedding a lessons learned process for improvements
- Maintain and update the CRM and supporting business tools
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business
