Sales Development Representative Team Leader

About The Position

We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic & driven SDR Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about sales and have a strong industry background in SaaS; A blend of business, technical, and people skills necessary to help customers and prospects understand Windward’s value proposition. In this position you will be leading a team of 2 SDR’s with a potential to grow. This team will cover the European, North America and APAC regions.


  • Build the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities
  • Handle incoming queries and build good client relationships
  • Ensure all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
  • Manage and enhance the SDR process and align them to the sales cycle and regional/verticals needs
  • Lead the team on the day to day business: task allocation, process and measurements, provide feedback and training as needed. 
  • Work with Sales and company management to align on objectives and targets. 
  • Weekly performance analysis
  • Analyze the success cases as well as the failure ones while embedding a lessons learned process for improvements
  • Maintain and update the CRM and supporting business tools
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business


  • 2-4 years of prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales development and qualification.
  • Experience at a SaaS company
  • Proven experience in building Sales Development and lead qualification processes for a growing B2B SaaS company – must. 
  • Experience as an SDR Team Leader – advantage. 
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms and CRM (eg. Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, willing to learn and a strong team player .
  • Fluent English, Native English speaker – Advantage
